Tim Phamduy, DO
Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow Physician
My journey began with a deep-rooted desire to make a difference in pediatric healthcare.
Currently, I’m a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow at Dayton Children’s Hospital with a passion for leveraging big data, predictive modeling, and informatics to address complex challenges in pediatric healthcare.
My Key Focus Areas:
AI & Machine Learning: Developing predictive models for early disease detection.
Big Data Analytics: Leveraging large datasets to uncover patterns in pediatric healthcare.
Healthcare Disparities: Identifying and addressing systemic inequities in pediatric care.
Mentorship: Guiding medical students and residents in research and academic growth.
Beyond medicine, I enjoy exploring behavioral economics, cognitive psychology, and leadership strategies — all of which inform my approach to clinical care, team management, and healthcare systems improvement.
